the staff was helpful.. they answered my questions quickly. the pools are amazing and the breakfast buffet offers many options.
the room lighting turned on and off by itself at bedtime and flashed like cameras. the air conditioner made annoying noises and made it hard to sleep. i informed the reception, but nothing was done .

I encountered some issues . The room had a persistent damp smell. It was quite unpleasant. the cleaning wasn't thorough. I kept finding hair in the room even after reporting it to the staff. The bedding may not have been changed either, a bit gross.
